This was me last weekend and this will be me this weekend, lol. One thing I am very good at since my young 20’s is applying SPF. If I feel like I want a little color I just use an organic tanning lotion.  

A tan is your body’s response to being injured by UV exposure.

Use SPF 30 for everyday sunscreen and SPF 50 for long periods of time outside.

Reapply every 1 1/2 hours when outdoors.
