Doing Pretty Good With My Diet / Exercise At The Grand Canyon :)

Yesterday I started the day out again with a veggie egg white omelet along with a slice of raisin bread. Lunch was a small grilled chicken garden salad and for dinner, a grilled chicken breast sandwich on rye bread  topped with extremely hot green chilies, yum!! I also enjoyed a dinner starter, onion rings, along with 2 beers.  I can honestly say that I think I have been pretty good with my diet on vacation.  The only thing I can feel is the overload of sodium in my dinner selections, my rings are tight, lol.  And again, I will be chugging the water all day to try to beat that.

As for exercise today, I will be getting in some steps on a full day guided tour of the canyon. A relaxing day of history and walking :)

This place should be on everyone’s bucket list. I will definitely be back here to do a rafting trip down the river. I love the outdoors and the beauty here is incredible!
