FABULOUS DARLING…lol, if you remember Zsa Zsa Gabor, YOUR OLD!!

I definitely got bloated last week after 2 days of eating everything on my family white water rafting trip and I am still feeling the bloat.  Now the food was fabulous, but I chowed down lots of lunch meat ( which I never eat), cheese, steak, pork, potatoes, pancakes, sausage, french toast, wheat bread, fajitas … foods  that would be a splurge day diet choice, I chowed down days in a row. Ugh, I even pigged it on 3 snicker bars right before falling asleep (I did get up to brush my teeth). Also, 2 nights before the snicker bars, I pigged it on 2 king size boxes of Mike & Ike. The only positive on those pig outs was that I was staring up at a star filled sky laying on my cot. So as you can see in the photo below,  that I took yesterday, a little bloat going on around my mid section that I WILL have off in another week.
