Flowers For Mental Health

Does your day get busy and you need to unwind? It’s that time of year to head outdoors and plant some flowers! For me, it is extremely relaxing when I put my hands in the dirt, dig and actually creating something that’s really beautiful. There’s something about just being outside planting flowers  that makes me  feel kind of elemental..I’m relating to the beauty of nature. And did you know that studies have shown that the physical activity associated with gardening can help lower the risk of developing dementia.
