GO BLUE, Beat Kentucky!!
I got in a quick aerobic workout this morning along with 5 minutes on my abs. Ladies, you can get a flat belly, diet + exercise!! I am 44 years old and I workout just about every day, nothing hardcore, just some walking and jogging and about 5 minutes on my abs. Along with some weight work several times a week, and again, nothing hardcore. No matter your age, you need to exercise and eat right for your heart and your waistline!!
