It’s that time of year where you want to just chill with a good book and not do anything during your down time. This is my lazy time of the year where I just want to skip exercising, but I don’t. I don’t want to gain that fat back that I worked so hard to get off, and I am still working hard to keep off. If you don’t push yourself to exercise and eat right, your going to be enjoying your down time, 6 feet down. Living a unhealthy lifestyle promotes health problems at every age!!
