I am not the best with selfies, lol, my missing arm. I am constantly asked by men and women…”What is your ab routine?” It’s simple I tell them, 5 minutes of ab work just about every day. Doesn’t matter what type of ab exercise you do, just work that area. Plus you have to watch your diet. You can have toned abs, but with a layer of fat over them, you will never see them!
