On a health note…

     Dancing is a great way to get your heart rate up, get rid of extra body fat, and build lean muscle. 

     Dancing, a great form of aerobic exercise, uses a wide variety of motions to engage multiple muscle groups which can burn a  significant amount of calories. There are so many different kinds of dance like  salsa, swing, ballroom, belly dancing, Zumba, country or Western, pole dancing and line dancing. Also, just turning on the tunes loudly and dancing around for an hour to the point of where you are breaking a sweat and huffing-puffing your wind pipes…counts as a type of dance. I call that the Mom Dance, life is hectic and it’s an easy way to get in exercise on a busy day!
