MAJOR DETOX Starts Today!

I was pretty good with my diet this weekend, lol, not. Let me put it like this, I ate leftovers pretty much every day from Thursday’s feast. Now that isn’t a bad thing, I just enjoyed the holiday weekend and fell a bit outside my normal diet. I would have to say that I was within normal calorie count for my body, but it was the type of foods that I ate every day that I don’t normally eat. I enjoyed too much gf bread, more cheese than normal and I ate way endless amounts of turkey, stuffing (white bread) and green bean casserole (sodium). Needless to say, I feel like a fat pig today, and yes, I am sorry, to me fat is a feeling. I will definitely put in some extra time with my aerobic workout today along with a good lower body workout. AND I will definitely drink tons of water all day long, So let’s start our detox from this past Thanksgiving weekend today. I will post my favorite soups each day this week that I swear by to get my body back on track.
