MOOOoooo Monday

I feel huge today, I am at least 7lbs over on the scale. This past weekend,  I ate when I wasn’t hungry and not that it wasn’t healthy fare, I just ate too much. In order to lose fat and get down to your goal weight you have to watch your calorie intake and you have to exercise. If I did my usual diet, and didn’t exercise, I would probably put on at least 10 – 15 pounds. I can’t say that I am naturally skinny, I work for my figure. I try my best to follow a healthy diet and I try to push myself physically. Lately, I feel like I have been slacking on my workouts, not getting in as much time as I want to due to all the activities/appts., going on with friends and family. I don’t like how I feel about myself when I don’t get a good sweat in every day. Today is Monday and you had a fat weekend too, so let’s start this week out right, let’s go meatless today and let’s get at least an hour of exercise in. Let’s get rid of the I am fat feeling by Wednesday!!
