Alfalfa Sprout Salad, A Delicious Skinny Recipe
4 oz alfalfa sprouts, RINSE WELL for several minutes, use dish towel to squeeze dry
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp chives
In large bowl mix all ingredients by hand, pepper to taste. Chill for 2 hours, serve with pepper. Enjoy!!
