Artichoke Soup, A Delicious Fat-Burning Recipe

Ingredients


3 - 6 oz artichokes, drain, rinse well
4 cups tomatoes, chopped
15 oz black beans, drain, rinse well
8 oz diced water chestnuts, drain, rinse well
1 1/2 cups onion, chopped
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
5 cups water



Recipe Mix


Set your slow cooker to high while you prepare the ingredients. Olive oil spray your slow cooker, than add all ingredients, mix well. Put lid on, turn temperature to low and let cook for 5 hours, DELICIOUS!!
