Baked Cauliflower Cakes, Healthy Never Tasted Soooo Good :P

Ingredients


4 cups cauliflower, finely chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup egg whites
2 large whole eggs
4 oz chilies, drain, rinse well
1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash, original
1/4 tsp bourbon paprika
1/4 tsp turmeric
pepper



Recipe Mix


Preheat oven to 350*. Olive oil spray 6 ramekins. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients except pepper. Use your hands to mix thoroughly. Evenly divide mixture into the ramekins, pepper each ramekin lightly. Bake 30 minutes until texture is firm and a bit golden on top. These came out absolutely delicious, a great recipe for cauliflower!!
