Baked Tuna Steaks Over Zucchini, Onion & Tomato :P

Ingredients


4 tuna steaks, not frozen
4 small zucchinis, peeled, 1" slices
3 large tomatoes, chunks
1 large sweet onion, sliced, break apart slices
1/3 cup red wine
2 Tbsp Mrs. Dash, original



Recipe Mix


Preheat oven to 325* and olive oil spray your 13 x 9 baking dish. Lay your zucchini slices evenly across the bottom of pan, then do the same with the tomatoes. Now lay 1/2 of your onions on top of the tomatoes. Gently slice each center of your tuna steaks, to form a pocket. Stuff several pieces of the remaining onions into each pocket, then evenly lay the remaining onion slices on top of the steaks. Now pour the wine over the steaks then lightly sprinkle Mrs. Dash over the entire dish. Cover with foil and bake 64 minutes. Delicious!!
