Chicken Stew, A Low Fat – Low Sodium Recipe

Ingredients


2 lbs chicken, 2" pieces
1 large red pepper, chopped
2 large green peppers, chopped
2 jalapenos, chopped
2 cups onion, chopped
1 head broccoli, chopped
12 oz mushrooms, stems removed, chopped
2 Tbsp Mrs. Dash original
3 Tbsp chives
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp tumeric
8 cups water



Recipe Mix


Olive oil spray your crock-pot and set temperature to high while you prep all your ingredients. Place all ingredients into the slow cooker, mix well. Place lid on and cook on high for 2 hours, then set temperature to low and cook 3 more hours. Delicious with a dollop of non-fat plain Greek yogurt.
