Ingredients


6 Long Skewers
6 Large Scallops Marinated (Your Choice Of Marinade)
2 Large Onions, 2" Chunks
2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes
2 Cups Large White Button Mushrooms, Stems Removed



Recipe Mix


Marinate thawed scallops for several hours in marinade of your choice. I made 3 skewers with 2 scallops on each with mixed veggies. 3 skewers with just mixed veggies. Grill over medium high heat 8 to 10 minutes on each side. Enjoy!!
