Don’s Cheesy Portobello Mushrooms Recipe
12 portobello caps, remove stems, rinse well, pat dry
4 Tbsp garlic, chopped
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 150* and line a baking sheet with baking paper. Olive oil spray a large frying pan and place over medium / high heat. Add garlic to pan and saute for several minutes. Now add your portobello caps and saute each side for 3 minutes. Place caps onto your baking sheet and evenly divide the cheese on top of each cap. Bake for 14 minutes, or until cheese has melted. DELICIOUS!!
