Don’s Grilled Crispy Red Skin Potatoes
Ingredients
12 Small Red Skin Potatoes, rinse, scrub
1 Tbs Parsley
1 tsp basil
1/4 tsp pepper
olive oil
Recipe Mix
Microwave potatoes in large bowl filled with a 1/2 cup water for 8 minutes. Let cool to touch, slice each potato in half. Place potatoes in a bowl, sprinkle the parsley, basil and pepper over the potatoes, then drizzle with olive oil, toss to coat. Scoop potatoes out onto a grilling pan and set over direct heat on your grill, toss every couple of minutes. Grill to your desire of crispiness. ENJOY!!
