Fast Food = Fat Belly, Slow Cook Some Chicken For Dinner

Ingredients


4 large chicken breasts, thawed
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
1/2 cup red wine
5 oz your favorite greens
2 cups cherry tomatoes



Recipe Mix


Olive oil spray your slow cooker, set temperature to low. Place greens on bottom of cooker, then top with chicken. Season with your favorite seasonings if you wish. I just served with red pepper flakes and ground pepper. Slow cook for 6 hours, then top servings with cherry tomatoes for color. You can also serve with brown rice , there will be juice on the bottom to use as gravy, YUM!!
