Friday Dip, Beans & Avocado

Ingredients


15.5oz can garbanzo beans, drain, rinse well
1 avocado, peeled, diced
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup salsa, I always use hot
1 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
1 tsp cumin
couple shakes pepper
couple shakes hot sauce, optional




Recipe Mix


Preheat oven to 325*. In a large bowl mix all ingredients by hand. Olive oil spray your brownie size pan, and scoop mix out of bowl into pan. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes.
Serve with veggies.
