Fruity Slow Cooker Oatmeal

Ingredients

2 bananas, peeled, chopped
2 cups strawberries, rinsed well, chopped
1 pint blueberries, rinsed well
4 cups of oats (I used quick oats)
8 cups water
1 Tbsp cinnamon
milk
brown sugar

Recipe Mix

Olive oil spray your slow cooker and set heat setting on low. Add the first 6 ingredients to your cooker and mix gently to blend. Place lid on top and let cook overnight for 7 to 8 hours. The texture of your oatmeal will be thick but moist. Serve hot, add a bit of milk and brown sugar if you desire a sweeter tasting oatmeal. This makes around 16 servings, will get you through a week of breakfast and few sweet tooth moments. You can also take some of the oatmeal once cooled and pour into an olive oil sprayed loaf pan. Fill pan about 1" from top of pan and cook for 55 minutes at 350*. Once 55 minutes is up, cover with foil and bake another 20 minutes. This will give you a delicious solid type pudding bread!!
Note** If you like a more runny texture, add 2 more cups of water at start time.
