Green Bean Dip With Walnuts & Cranberries, Perfect Pairing With Wine
2 - 12 oz bags green beans, steamer kind in produce aisle
2 handfuls walnuts,
2 handfuls cranberries
Preheat your oven to 350*. Cook your green beans according to package directions, let cool for 10 minutes. In a large food processor place your beans walnuts and cranberries and pulse til you get a nice thick finely chopped paste. Scoop into your baking dish and cover with foil, bake 24 minutes. Delicious hot, room temperature and even delicious cold. Perfect dip to serve with your favorite wine, cheese and crackers!! You won't even know your eating green beans!!
