Green Peppers Stuffed With Clams & Artichokes

Ingredients


4 Large Green Peppers, remove stems, slice each in half
Olive Oil
2 Large Tomatoes, sliced
4 - 6.5 oz Chopped Clams, drain juice
2 Cups Canned Artichokes, drain, rinse well
Caraway Seed
8 oz Water Chopped Chestnuts, drain, rinse well
Dill Weed
Pepper
Water



Recipe Mix


Preheat oven to 350*. Olive oil spray your baking dish and place peppers halves, sliced side up, on bottom of bakind dish. Drizzle each lightly with olive oil then place 2 slices of tomato on each green pepper. Now evenly place the chopped clams onto the pepper halves, then the artichokes. Sprinkle a little caraway seed over artichokes. Next, place the water chestnuts evenly on top of the artichokes, then sprinkle a little dill weed and pepper over each pepper. Now pour a little bit of water into your baking dish just to cover bottom (or use the clam juice). Tent with foil and bake for 44 minutes, remove foil and bake 11 more minutes until a bit golden on top. Simply Delicious!!
