Have Fruit That You Need To Eat Up Before It Goes Bad? Whip Up These Gluten Free Fruity Oat Muffins

Ingredients


7 cups oats
2 cups hot water
2 cups apples, chopped
2 cups grapes, seedless
1 peach, chopped
2 Tbsp cinnamon





Recipe Mix


Preheat oven to 350*. Olive oil spray a large 12 count muffin tray. In large bowl mix all ingredients by hand. You can use any type of fruit in this recipe. If your batter is to wet just add more oats, vice versa if too dry, add water. Evenly form 12 large balls, batter should be moist but sticky and be able to hold the shape of a ball. Place your batter balls into the muffin trays, bake 28 minutes. Loosely cover with foil, bake another 8 minutes, turn oven off and let set inside oven for another 8 minutes. Remove and cool or eat warm, DELICIOUS!

* Note: You can use any amount of fruit, just make sure you have enough oats to hold the shape of when you form 12 balls
