Healthy Banana Muffins

Ingredients


1 3/4 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/3 Cup Flaxseed
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Honey
1/2 Cup Egg Substitute
1/4 Hot Water
Nutella (Optional)



Recipe Mix


Preheat oven to 325. Mix all the ingredients in the order listed, except bananas. If you find the dough is a bit dry, just add a few tablespoons of water at a time, until dough is all mixed. Now add the 3 bananas by hand, be sure to mix well, so no lumps. Now fill half a muffin cup in baking cupcake pan. I use cupcake liners, and I spray with olive oil cooking spray,they come out perfect. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden on top. I put Nutella on half of the batch for my young one. Enjoy!
