Healthy Black Bean Dip, YUM


1 -15oz black beans, drained, rinsed well
1 1/2 cups your favorite salsa
2 cups fat free cottage cheese
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp bourbon pepper
1 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup lite sour cream
1 avocado, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
4oz low fat feta

1 tsp bourbon paprika
1 1/2 tsp basil

Recipe Mix

Preheat oven to 375* and olive oil spray your baking dish. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then scoop mix into your baking dish. Bake 40 minutes, serve with celery and carrots, YUM!!
