Healthy Low Fat Baked Pumpkin Seeds :P
1 large pumpkin
Remove seeds from your pumpkin and rinse well, lay seeds flat not layered and let dry. I let mine dry overnight. Preheat oven to 325*, line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place seeds in a bowl and coat lightly with olive oil and toss. You can use olive oil spray if you want no fat. Then season with your favorite spice and bake for 40 to 60 minutes until golden.
