Ingredients


1 cup onions, chopped
1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
2 cups celery, chopped
1/4 cup red wine
olive oil
16 oz mushrooms, chopped
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp dill weed
2 cups water
1 cup nonfat milk



Recipe Mix


Olive oil spray your frying pan. Set burner to medium high. Saute onion and garlic for several minutes. Add celery, sauté several more minutes. Now add wine and drizzle about a tablespoon of olive oil, mix . Next, add your mushrooms, mix well. As you are mixing all the ingredients, add the pepper, dill weed, water and the milk, keep mixing until all ingredients are blended. Place lid on and bring to boil, then turn burner to low and simmer for an hour.
**This soup is even more delicious the next day served with some crusty olive oil bread.
