Spinach Dip Recipe YUM!!
2 - 10oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed, rinsed well, squeeze dry
1 - 16oz light or fat free sour cream
1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 - 8oz water chestnuts, drained, rinsed, chopped
3/4 cup onion, chopped
1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
2 tsp dill weed
Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in large bowl by hand and chill for several hours. I serve with sliced cucumbers, sliced radishes, carrot sticks and celery.
