Low-Fat Cheesy Broccoli Brussel Sprouts Casserole

Ingredients


12 oz broccoli florets steamers
12 oz petite brussel sprouts steamers
2 cups onion, chopped
5 oz whole chestnuts, drain, rinse well
3.5 oz sundried tomatoes, halves
1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
8 oz skim sharp cheddar, shredded
8 oz reduced fat feta
1/4 tsp wasabi
1/4 tsp tumeric



Recipe Mix


Preheat oven to 325*. Olive oil spray a large casserole baking dish. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, cover. Bake 50 minutes. This is a sweet cheesy tasting recipe, YUM!!
