1 bag frozen chicken wings, thawed
crushed red pepper
Your favorite seasonings
Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Place your wings into the pot, let them boil for 15 minutes. Drain water, place wings in a large bowl. Add your favorite seasonings or sauce. If your using hot spices, 1 tsp is enough for the entire bag. Place your wings on a lined baking sheet. Place your oven rack on second lowest level. Broil wings each side for 10 minutes or until your desired crispiness. If your making barbecue wings, coat them nicely but drop a teaspoon of sauce on top of each wing during the last few minutes of baking. DELICIOUS!
**Easy to make, but even better, less fat than the wings you order out! Boiling the wings first helps remove some of the fat!! If you want to make them even healthier, remove the skins, then boil.
