Low Fat Low Sodium Green Pepper Dip
Ingredients
1 large green pepper, finely chopped
2 cups onion, chopped
1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
1/4 cup red chilies, chopped
1/4 cup basil, chopped
2 cups tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup Greek non-fat plain yogurt

Preheat oven to 325*. Olive oil spray your baking dish. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl then scoop into your baking dish. Bake uncovered 34 minutes. Serve with slices of zucchini & cucumber, DELICIOUS!!
