Low Sodium Tomato Soup
Ingredients
8 large tomatoes, chopped or pulsed til desired texture in food processor
1 large onion, chopped
3 Tbsp garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash
1/2 tsp pepper
water
Recipe Mix
Olive oil spray a large frying pan, set burner on medium/high. Place your onion and garlic into pan, let saute for about 5 minutes while continuously stirring. Next add tomatoes and enough water to cover tomatoes. Water level should be just a bit under the pan's rim. Full, but not to full where you cannot mix while it simmers. Now stir in Mrs. Dash seasoning and pepper. Bring to a boil, then turn burner to low, cover and simmer for an hour. DELICIOUS!!
