Lobster Cucumber Cups, CLICK HERE For This Delicious Recipe
8 oz lobster, chopped, rinse well, squeeze dry
8 oz mushroom, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, finely chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp dill
4 cucumbers, peeled, cut into 2" slices
In large bowl mix all ingredients, except last 4 ingredients. Take your cucumbers and scoop out the center of each gently with a teaspoon to form a little cup. Now take your crab mix and evenly fill your cucumber cups. Serve with some pickled ginger, prepared wasabi and your favorite mustard. This is a delicious substitute for sushi without the rice. Also, makes a delicious appetizer that pleases everyone!!
