Peanut M&Ms Cookie Cupcakes, Splurge Day Treat!
Ingredients
1 16 oz box pound cake mix
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 canola oil
2 cups peanut m&ms
Recipe Mix
Preheat oven to 350*. In large bowl mix the first 3 ingredients with electric mixer for 3 minutes, medium speed. Now add the peanut m&ms, mix well. Olive oil spray 2 - 6 count large muffin pans. Evenly fill the muffin pans with the batter. Bake 19 - 24 minutes, should be golden on top. Be sure to start checking at 19 minutes, should be golden on top. Gently flip pan over onto a cooling rack so cupcakes pop out, they will firm up while cooling. Enjoy plain or top with a dollop of your favorite frosting!!
