Replace Potato Chips With Baked Edamame (green soybeans)
1 lb frozen edamame
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 375°. Toss edamame with pepper, and olive oil. Roast on a lightly olive oil sprayed baking sheet for 20 to 40 minutes or until golden brown (depends on your oven).
