Beets, Slow Roasted In Red Wine & Olive Oil
Ingredients
6 large beets, peeled, remove stems
1 cup red wine
2 Tbsp olive oil

Olive oil spray your slow cooker, set temperature to low and place beets into cooker. Pour wine over beets, toss, then drizzle with olive oil. Place lid on top and let cook for 6 hours on low. DELICIOUS!!
