Roasted Tomatillo, Black Bean, Avocado & Onion Salsa Dip

Ingredients


4 cups finely chopped tomatillos
2 cups onion, chopped
15.5 oz black beans, drain, rinse well
1 avocado, pureed
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/8 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash



Recipe Mix


Preheat oven to 325*. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl then scoop into a olive oil sprayed baking dish. Cover with foil and bake 44 minutes, remove foil, bake another 4 minutes. This is a delicious sweet & spicy dip. Serve with sliced celery, sliced cucumbers and of course, your favorite cracker. DELICIOUS!!
