Saute Up Some Peppered Onions, You Don’t Need Butter or Dressings To Add Flavor To Your Meals
Ingredients
1 large sweet onion, chopped
olive oil spray
pepper

Sauteed onions can go on top of salads, sandwiches, poultry, seafood, baked potatoes, you get the idea. You can add a lot of flavor without the adding fat or sodium content to your meals.
Olive oil spray a large frying pan and put over medium / high heat. Add your onions, pepper lightly and constantly stir til you get your desired texture. I like mine a little translucent but firm.
I usually keep a bowlful in the fridge to top on a hard boil egg, salads and especially delicious way to add a little more flavor to left overs the next day when heating.
