Sauteed Scallops Paired With Brown Rice Noodles & Spinach, CLICK HERE For This Easy Wok Recipe

Ingredients


12 large sea scallops, fresh
Olive oil spray
32 oz fresh spinach leaves
1 Tbs olive oil
12 oz cooked brown rice pasta, cooked
Pepper




Recipe Mix


Heat wok over high heat. Generously olive oil spray the wok, then add spinach, toss til desired consistency / wilt. Remove spinach, place in a bowl. Now add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then add 4 scallops to sizzling olive oil, sear each side of scallop to a golden brown - about one minute per side. Remove scallops from wok to plate and add another 4 scallops to wok, repeat 1 minute on each side, until all the scallops are cooked.

Dinner: Place a heaping scoop of cooked brown rice pasta on a dinner plate, then top with a large scoop of spinach, then add a few scallops. Pepper lightly and VOILA, A Delicious Dinner !!
