Turkey Meatballs Smothered In Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients


Turkey Meatballs:
2 lbs ground turkey
1 Tbsp oregano
2 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp basil
2 Tbsp garlic, chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp pepper
5 buns, broken into pieces (gluten free, 2 cups oats

Mushroom Sauce:
3 cans reduced sodium cream of mushroom soup
3 cans fat free milk, just fill empty soup can
12 oz mushrooms, washed and sliced in half
1 tsp pepper



Recipe Mix


Meatballs: Mix all ingredients by hand and shape into 12 baseball size pieces. Line two baking sheets with baking paper and place meatballs onto sheets. Bake uncovered for 44 - 48 minutes.

Mushroom Sauce:
Olive oil spray a large skillet generously and set burner to medium heat. Now place the ingredients into the pan while continuously stirring. Once you have the ingredients mixed well, turn heat to low, simmer for 24 minutes.

Pour sauce over meatballs, DELICIOUS!
