Tuscan Kale Chips, Skip The Fattening Chips :0

Ingredients


1 Tbsp olive oil
1 large bunch kale
pepper





Recipe Mix


Preheat oven to 250*. First wash your kale, let dry completely. Next, break off bottom stems and break each leaf into 2 pieces. Now place all leaves into a large bowl, and drizzle with olive oil. You may use more olive oil, but if you do so, your baking time may increase by 10 minutes. Now pepper to your desire and mix, then lay the leaves out separately on 2 baking sheets. Bake for 33 minutes or until desired crispiness. I, sometimes, will turn my oven up to 350* after they have baked 33 minutes, and bake an additional 5 minutes, for very crispy chips. Pepper to taste, and sprinkle with hot sauce for a little spice. Enjoy!
