Low Sodium Veggie Bean Dip

Ingredients


2 cups black beans (canned-organic, drain and rinse well)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 lemon juice
4 large tomatoes, chopped
1 large green pepper chopped
1 large red onion, chopped
1 tsp tumeric
2 tsp basil
1/4 tsp pepper




Recipe Mix


In a food processor, puree the black beans, olive oil, lemon juice. Next, scoop that mixture into a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients, mix well. Serve cold or hot..just heat at 350* for 40 minutes. DELICIOUS!!
