Chicken Avocado Spinach Sandwich With An EGG :P

Ingredients


8 slices of your favorite healthy bread, toasted if you desire
2 large boneless chicken breast, cooked and sliced, divide in 4 servings
8 oz fresh spinach
2 large avocados, sliced
1 large sweet onion, sliced
4 large Eggs, flipped a few times in a greased baking pan over medium heat til desired texture
Your favorite dressing, low fat / low cal / low sugar





Recipe Mix


Makes 4 sandwiches. Lay one slice of bread on a plate, top with 1 serving of chicken, layer spinach, 1/2 avocado, a few onion slices and one egg. Lastly, top with a slice of bread and VOILA, a healthy delicious sandwich!!
