Sometimes A Girl Needs An Onion Ring

Today I will add on about 20 minutes of walk / jogging to make up for last night’s dinner splurge. I also enjoyed a cupful of lobster bisque and a wheat roll, lol, 2 things I never eat.  My splurge day, as I have said many times, is Sunday. Though I don’t push myself to get a workout in on Sunday’s, I do when splurges fall on other days of the week. I always add a few minutes onto my aerobic workout. 

 AND whatever you do, don’t fall off the wagon of health and start eating this type of food on a daily basis!
