Stop Over Eating!!

This morning, I Google’d how many calories I need a day to maintain my weight I am at now, 126#.  I am allowed 1487 calories a day with no exercise, but being that I do exercise 6 days a week, I am allowed 2138 calories.  Either route of calories I want to take, that’s a lot of healthy food choices I can enjoy throughout the day. AND I still enjoy chocolate and peanut butter daily in my diet  And on my splurge day, which is almost always on the weekend, I still tend to fall around 2000 calories with my food consumption. The point is, figure out your  healthy calorie need for your body size and start following it with healthy food choices. We all know unhealthy fat causes many health problems. And on that note, health problems can lead to death.
