Waddle, Waddle, Waddle …. Tis The Season!!

I am not perfect with my diet, I just try to do the best I can on a daily basis. Holiday time is a struggle for me not to over do it on a the delicious goodies, it’s okay if I gain weight at this time of the year, I love to eat!! So to all the ladies out there don’t be negative on yourself for eating what you want, just try to do your best on portion control and for the most part, get in healthy fare at this time of the year. AND DO NOT SKIP ON EXERCISE.
