How do you see your physical self? Is it in a way that makes you happy or not.  Standing naked in front of a mirror and staring back at your image, you need to ask “do I LOVE what I see”.   If the answer  is “no”, then what steps need to be implemented to change this?  Be honest  and strive for the health that you need and want.  Reflection requires an honest look and let it help you take actions necessary to bring about changes that move you every day in a healthy direction. If your body looks like crap on the outside, imagine what damage is going on – on the inside.
